Phase II engineering services for the replacement of the Devon Avenue bridge over I-94. The work consists of preparing contract plans, specifications, and estimates for the bridge replacement of the existing Devon Avenue Bridge over the I-94. The work includes topographic supplemental survey, traffic signal modernization, geotechnical analysis and reports, lighting and other structural tasks. The proposed improvement will consist of replacement of the existing bridge, resurfacing, sidewalk, ADA improvements, drainage, lighting and traffic signal modernization and all other incidental work required to complete Phase II contract plans. Duties include the following:

• Cross sections

• Roadside safety

• Maintenance of Traffic

• Drainage design

• Utility coordination

• Plan Preparation

• Bike paths and ADA sidewalks

• Quantity Computations

• Cost Estimating
