As Prime Consultant on this Phase III Construction Management Services contract for the Ronald Reagan Memorial Tollway (I-88) at York Road Bridge Reconstruction, Pinpoint is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of the project. This Category A contract will take approximately 18 months to complete, from NTP to substantial completion, with construction expected to commence in late 2024 and end by the conclusion of 2025. The project will involve the replacement of the York Road bridge over the EB I-88 ramp to SB I-294, with the bridge being constructed in two stages to remain open to traffic during construction. The adjacent bike path will also be reconstructed as part of the project scope. Coordination will be required with The Illinois Tollway, The Village of Oakbrook, Village of Elmhurst, and possibly DuPage County and IDOT.   Our team will give additional attention to the following:

• Maintaining communication with the CCM to ensure that both businesses and motorists are aware of any updates, 

• Traffic control for motorists traveling between Roosevelt Road, W 22nd Street, EB I-88 just south of the bridge, and many more routes within the project limits, 

• Bridge deck inspection,

• Protecting adjacent ditches, inlets, and Salt Creek via effective sediment and erosion control inspections with the contractor verifying compliance with the ACOE 404 Permit,    

• Constant coordination and communication with the project stakeholders, the CCM/Tollway, and

• Utility coordination with partners such as AT&T and ComEd, Oakbrook traffic signals and lighting, and Nicor.
